General Terms of Providing Custom Writing Services

EssayStore.net provides custom writing services to the clients worldwide, irrespective of order instructions and deadline. Every customer may choose a specific type of product in the “Order Now” form:

Level of Writing

Every client decides on the level of writing, depending on the institutional affiliation:

  • Master’s

A client may ask to replace the order type on his/her request, and our Financial Department will recalculate an order price.

Price Quote

Prior to placing an order, every client may request a price quote from our Customer Support Team. Depending on the customer’s specifications, our agents will identify an order price and will assist in placing an order (if requested).

Importance of Communication

A client is suggested to communicate with members of our team through the following means of communication:

  1. Live chat option.
  2. Email.
  3. Phone calls.
  4. Messaging system.

It is highly important to provide all clarifications on time and reply to the writer’s messages/emails from the Support Team to make sure that the final product is up to the required standards and expectations. A client should provide all order materials while placing the order (no later than 10-15% of the deadline passed).

We care for your privacy and never share your personal information with the writers or any third party. All data is kept strictly confidential. Please do not disclose your personal details to the writers directly. All sensitive information is to be provided via Support. You bear full responsibility for the consequences of breaking the Terms of our services.

Work Process Overview

By purchasing orders at our website, a client agrees to receive the order through such work process:

  1. A customer places the order, indicates all instructions and specifications, and pays for it. A client may request a “preferred writer” to complete his/her order.
  2. A writer starts working on the order.
  3. The customer may request process updates and communicate with the writer regarding order instructions and possible adjustments. The client may be asked to place an additional order, if our Writing Department identifies a mismatch in the order price (wrong level of order, number of pages, etc.).
  4. The order is checked for plagiarism and sent to the customer.
  5. We guarantee plagiarism-free papers on any topic. As a double check of the paper originality, you are free to order a full plagiarism PDF report while placing the order or afterwards by contacting our Customer Support Team.

Order Urgency

A client may choose the most appropriate order urgency, starting from 3 hours up to 2 months. For more details, please refer to the “Order now” page. If the client expects early delivery (decides to change order urgency), an order price will be recalculated and a compensation order should be placed. EssayStore.net delivers all papers on time and within the indicated time frame.

A free draft option in a “VIP Account” is not applicable to the following order types: formatting, proofreading, editing, revision, rewriting, online test, multiple-choice questions, PDF/PPT poster, PowerPoint Presentation, and excel exercises. In addition, the free draft cannot be provided in orders with 3-8 hour urgency due to a limited time frame provided to complete the assignment.

Submitting a Refund Application

Under certain circumstances, Writing-Service.org will consider applications for full and partial refunds. For example, after an order deadline expires, we give customers up to 14 days to submit refund requests. Customers who complain of plagiarism should note that we do not impose time constraints. Nonetheless, you should submit a valid plagiarism report as evidence of your claim. 

*** Any manually written notes claiming that there is plagiarism in a paper is not deemed to be trustworthy evidence. Likewise, any software-generated reports that mark accurate references, direct quotations, the question part(s) of an assignment, and/or content lists as instances of plagiarism content cannot be viewed as trustworthy since these elements of a text are generally considered to be authentic. Consequently, we do not accept plagiarism reports from SafeAssign.com but we will accept reports from Turnit.com, the WriteCheck system, and from the iThenticate system.             

Customers occasionally start writing their own papers but for different reasons choose not to continue. Where EssayStore.net is asked to complete partly written assignments, we do not accept responsibility for plagiarism on the customer’s part. Authenticity tests are undertaken only on the parts completed by Writing-Service.org. If you are not 100% satisfied with the work you receive, a representative from our refunds team will review your complaint. In around 3-4 business days you will receive our report along with an appropriate refund amount (full or part) if your complaint warrants it.

Revisions

  1. To avail yourself of our free revisions option, you have 2 days (48 hours) after an order’s original deadline to tell us that your paper has some issues. Once these 2 days have elapsed, the writer will have to be compensated for a revision, which means placing an additional order. If, however, the writer we assign completes your revisions without requesting additional payment, you forgo the right to apply for any further refund on that particular order.   
  2. In the case of longer papers (20+ pages), you have 30 days after the deadline expiry to request a complimentary revision.
  3. Free revision requests are not accepted when a customer changes the instructions provided on an original order form. An additional order will also be needed if all the materials or information required to complete an order are not sent until the writing is underway or finished.          
  4. When submitting comments about the revision work you require, please remember to include a new completion timeframe. Even though EssayStore.net always endeavors to deliver revisions by the indicated deadline, some tasks can take our writers 24 hours, especially where there are difficulties reassigning a particular order or the requirements are unusually complex.   
  5. Writing-Service.org urges all customers to monitor their messaging systems (email and Writing-Service.org account) because we may have questions or require additional information from you. Occasionally, customers forget or neglect to submit complete instructions and all necessary materials/files with initial orders. Nevertheless, each customer is responsible for ensuring their assigned writer has everything they need to achieve a satisfactory outcome.    
  6. If the client wants to have more time for a free revision, it is possible to choose “Extended Revision” additional service while making the order. This option costs only 15% of the order price, and it extends a timeframe for a free revision from 48 hours to 14 days. Alternatively, 4 days Extended revision VIP service can be chosen when placing the order. It is important that revision request should comply with original instructions with no changes. If the customer does not need any revision with the “Extended Revision” option enabled, the extra 15% fee is not refunded.

A Full Refund

All tips are non-refundable. The payment for custom writing/editing/proofreading/rewriting/formatting may be refunded only. Tips cannot substitute an additional or compensation order. Writing-Service.org will consider applications for a full refund in the event:

  • We did not succeed in assigning a suitable writer to your order.
  • You double-ordered a paper or we charged the wrong price for your order. Our agents will initiate cancellation upon request.
  • The company does not grant any grades since professors judge the content of papers differently. However, a customer can send a professor’s feedback to the Refund Department. If the writer overlooked some customer’s instructions, a partial/full refund will be provided.
  • While applying for a refund, the whole order will be analyzed for compliance with the provided instructions. E.g. A customer cannot ask to refund half of the order and make a revision request to correct the second part.
  • A Client is not eligible for a full refund, if the order was verified late and Writer did not receive a respective extension to complete the assignment.

If the price of your order is fully returned, you should no longer use any materials EssayStore.net already supplied to you. 

A Partial Refund

Writing-Service.org will consider applications for partial refunds in the event:

  • Your order specifies an inappropriate academic level, i.e. you order a paper for university instead of high school.        
  • You specify an incorrect number of words or pages on an order form.         
  • You provide Writing-Service.org with contradicting instructions/comments, e.g., there is a discrepancy between an assignment’s description and the attached files/materials. 

In all the above cases, our agents will recalculate the correct price and issue an appropriate amount of refund.

Terms of cancellation for an order that is already assigned:

*** Order cancellation cannot be accommodated where:

  • Initial deadlines have 30% unexpired time remaining.
  • Writing-Service.org has assigned one of its writers.

Please also note that if a writer has already uploaded a complete paper, the order cannot be canceled.

Late Verification

To protect you from various online scams, the EssayStore.net finance team routinely asks customers to verify their identities. In these cases, the deadline for order completion begins from the moment we get respective clarifications. If late verification affects you, it is possible to speak to us about extending the deadline or you may submit a new writer compensation order, e.g. if your assignment is “hot.”

Word Count Issues

  1. We use the number of words (300 words per page) to calculate page size. The primary exclusion from this principle is technical papers with numerous calculations. Instead, we use complexity level to work out a price.   
  2. PowerPoint Presentations. Our writers can provide you with speaker notes if required. Each .ppt slide will contain 100-150 words worth of notes if you select this option on the order form and pay for it separately.  
  3. If you require help with writing online (e.g., web-based) tests, the price will be calculated according to the total number of test questions you need to answer, which may include multiple-choice questions if required. In this case, we will count 5 questions as one page. Hence, a twenty-question assignment equates to a four-page order.

Delivery/Deadline

  1. You will be expected to complete an additional writer compensation order based on a revised price if you require early delivery of an assignment. If, however, the writer we assign completes your assignment early without requesting additional payment, you forgo the right to apply for any further refund on that particular order.
  2. If we (or our writers) deliver your order later than agreed without prior consent or without attempting to prolong the deadline, you can expect to be offered at least some refund amount.

Order Type

  1. Customers are encouraged to be vigilant when selecting the type of order they require, e.g. to choose “book review” if there is a book to be reviewed and not “thesis.”
  2. If required, we can “rewrite” a text for you. We will not ask for an additional writer compensation order unless new writing or extra work is required. The rewriting process means our writers will rephrase or reword the text you provide.
  3. Finally, we remind you to keep a regular check on all communication channels, both your Writing-Service.org account page and your email inbox, for possible messages of clarification, verification, etc. Prompt responses are vital to delivering orders on time.

Stored Credentials

How long will card details be stored?

  1. We never store your credit/debit card information or any other payment-related information on our site. The only personal data stored by our site is your name and surname chosen when making your first order with us.
  2. We work with credit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  3. The transactions are processed by third-party, legally authorized entities such as Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap.
  4. Additional information regarding stored credentials can be found in T&C of respectful payment processors.

How will my stored card details be used?

Your credit card details are stored securely by the third-party payment processor. When you enter your credit or debit card details on our website, in fact, the information is sent directly to secure databases maintained by the payment processors(Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap), who then complete the transaction. Credit card details are never transmitted to, or stored on our servers.

Can these terms change?

Changes in the permitted use will require your agreement. Other changes can be applied in accordance with PCI standards. No change can take place without your consent.
